Missing GPS data

Hi everyone. I’ve been happily using the Suunto Ocean for about a year, but for the past few days I’ve been having this frustrating issue: After tracking a sports activity, the GPS track won’t show in the app. It’s like GPS data are either not recorded or not uploaded as no gpx file is available. During the activity, the GPS is correctly turned on; in fact, on the Ocean I can see the map with live tracking.
I tried both resetting the Ocean and deleting/reinstalling the app on my iPhone, but nothing changed.
The same problem also occurs with my brother’s Ocean, which is brand new.No issues with the GPS in diving mode: dive starting points show up correctly .
Does anyone know if I’m missing something or how to fix it?
