where to find the VO2MAX information?

Running, Trail Running, walking, hiking, NordicWalking
non of theme seems to work to get a VO2MAX, why?
The Watch say it need 1 Outdoor Lauf. So what kind of activity?

ok i have 4 of them running and trail running in the last 6 weeks - it seems not enough

4 mal Laufen in 6 Wochen erscheint mir wirklich etwas wenig.
Hier wird in der Regel 3mal die Woche gerannt und es hat bestimmt 1-2 Wochen gedauert bis ein Wert da war.
Ich habe das allerdings nicht aktiv beobachtet.
Der Wert ist am Ende auch nur eine Schätzung.
Für was genau benötigst du den Wert?

Danke für die Info, mich stört es das es leer ist und die Meldung ist ich müsste einen Outdoor lauf mindestens haben.
Ansonsten neu neugierde.
