Zone Sense shows wrong values in the “info menue”. The analysis looks relistic but the values on the left are a bit mysterious.

@tom_vertical aren’t the values on the left the values that you set your HR zones to? But yeah, how could you have set them over your max HR in the first place?

Usually ZoneSense adds the detected LT1 and LT2 values on the right side of this page, if there are any…

@2b2bff this must be an error, as you said you cannot set HR above max HR.

@OutdoorMan I think you can set max HR really high, adjust your zones and then set max HR correctly. The watch will ask wether you wanna reset your zones what you can decline. Judging from the rest of the software quality I doubt this procedure will be prevented.
But why would you wanna do this? Just for fun and giggles?

@2b2bff yeah but 240 is the max, not even close to 9k 🙂 I think zone sense went nuts.

@tom_vertical gigantic numbers are not even ZoneSense data 😉 those are you current HR zones values, there’s a bug on the Suunto app that it needs some x mins sometimes to display your hr zones numbers but after that it displays fine 🙂

I’m having trouble with the ZoneSense app. I followed all the setup steps from the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r16TgEiGZTM&t=1s) and used an external HR sensor. However, even after an hour of running, I’m not getting any data. Could this be related to the sensor I’m using? I’m using a Polar Verity Sense (an optical forearm sensor) instead of a chest strap like the one shown in the video. Has anyone tried this specific setup, or is a chest strap mandatory for ZoneSense to work?

Yes, chest strap with R-R data is needed.

And polar verity sense doesn’t provide R-R data.
