Morning report keeps disappearing

I posted somewhere that the morning report stopped showing up two updates ago. Then there was a fix via app - removing the watch, setting sleep hours, etc. This keeps repeating. Morning report works for a while and then stops appearing in the morning again. I am posting this here just to have it documented. Maybe more people have the same issue, idk.

Can mods delete the duplicate please. Forum went error 503 and after refreshing the page it posted twice. Btw I am getting error 503 quite often.
