Where is the Online Suunto Support Chatbox?

I have been searching for several days already, I try to find the Suunto online support chat via the website, but it no longer comes online. Is the chatbot no longer available?

I realized that the bubble doesn’t come on when using my main browser (Firefox), probably due to the ad blockers I added, so i use Edge only for Suunto support
