MSG Sitting too long, get up and move around after 2 hrs.

Hi, newbie to forum……looooong time owner and numerous Suunto watches.
Does anyone keeps getting the message to get up and move around if you sit for 2+ hrs when you have been moving at a time when you are brushing your teeth with your non watch hand ?
I do, and it’s annoying. It doesn’t make any sense as to why it keeps doing this.
I don’t spend 2+ hrs brushing my teeth…LOL
Is there a way to fix this glitch ?
Or a software update down the road is the only way to deal with this issue ???
