      SINCE LAST NIGHT I HAVE A DOWN ARROW AND 4 DOTS TO MY SCREEN

      i HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES PLUGGED AND UNPLUGGED WITH CABLE AND NO MAKING RESET AND DOWNLOADING AGAIN BUT NO RESULTS

      ANY IDEAS ?
