    Sorry, It’s impossible to sync with MC app and MC website after synchronizing a route or custom sport mode with the Suunto app to the watch as information from Suunto (https://www.suunto.com/en-us/Support/faq-articles/suunto-app/what-are-the-limitations-in-using-suunto-app-and-movescount-together2/)
    “…When synchronizing a route or custom sport mode with the Suunto app to your watch, your watch connects to Suunto app. After syncing, you will not be able to sync your activities with Suunto Movescount app and web from then on…”

      Download Suuntolink onto your pc, connect your watch to the pc and follow the instructions. It should ask you to sign into MC and then it will automatically upload the move to there

        @vietpq
        Trust @Brad_Olwin
        Use the search function looking for “parallel use” and you’ll find a workaround

          No, guys. SuuntoLink doesn’t sync to MC once you transferred to your watch a custom sport mode or a route from SA. Tested and confirmed.

          var Watch="Garmin Forerunner 735XT", WatchFw="9.40";
          var Phone="Samsung Galaxy S8", PhoneOS="Android 9.0.0";

              I’m not saying you can sync via suuntolink, I’m saying as @Brad_Olwin that you can do it via Movescount app.
              I do it everyday.

                @sartoric: Had you tried to transfer custom sport mode or a route from Suunto app to your watch before you sync? As information from https://www.suunto.com/en-us/Support/faq-articles/suunto-app/what-are-the-limitations-in-using-suunto-app-and-movescount-together2/, It’s impossible to sync Movecount app after that

                      @vietpq

                      As I also said many times, it works for me since ages, with custom mode + routes in SA, and MCapp.
                      Btw, if it doesn’t work for some of you, the question is to find why 🙂
                      It could be a nice bug found 🙂
