Sync issues

Hello everybody,
It has been more or less two years that I have germ having sync issues with my Race and smartphones. First was with Android (Samsung Z-flip 3), and now with iOS (iPhone 16).
I opened more than 20 tickets either Suunto support, I returned back my watch to be repaired, but sun issues are still there. Support just continues to ask me to do routines I made hundreds of time. Issues are still there. I asked support for a refund because it is evident my watch is not working properly. But of course they continue to propose everything but not take into consideration watch is not working!!!Does anyone experienced similar issues?
Have you had such an unpleasant experience with Suunto customer experience like mine?
