Where is AUTO LAP settings on model STAWON50?

I want to change the default to miles. So, I clicked on the top button which shows last run (trail running), the scroll down to Exercise Settings. The options are Battery, Autopause, Post HR, Touch Screen, Sound Alerts, Media Player, Pair Devices, and Feelings. No Auto Lap setting.
My question appears to be the same one posed recently by Travis. Any help will be much appreciated by this old guy.
