Training progress

Hello,
I am around 20 days in after exchanging from Garmin to Suunto. While Garmin definitely now well known with their motivation Suunto seems to be harsher.
I am constantly on Losing fitness while definitely not the case I even improving times heart rate come down.
I do different runs around 4-6 hrs a week but watch its from progression to interval to long zone 2, I do cycling via rouvy which upload to the app.
Is this normal?

@Elad-Solomon Just check to have set your HR zones and pace zone correctly, and then wait 42 days (6 weeks). That is the time needed to have all stats working properly

@SergioB Thanks for the answer I did the set up and today I changed the TSS to be taken from zone sense any other recommendations?

@Elad-Solomon Patience.

@Elad-Solomon It is very important to have correct zones configured with the watch to have TSS values that are representative of your efforts. In particular, I suspect that lactate threshold values for both your HR and your pace are important because they is used to calculate the intensity factor. Without that the fitness estimation will not be correct.
If everything is configured correctly then one hour of threshold effort (e.g. running at 10K pace) should produce TSS = 100.
Suunto uses Training Peaks fitness model. Perhaps you can read more about it on Training Peaks website to better understand it.

@sky-runner thank you for the info I am going to do few test, I have done multiple runs using external HRM and it seems that the watch does not provide me with lactate threshold estimation.
Its says to complete 3 outdoor runs which i did.Also its looks like the zones are correct but I will do some upgrades with tymewear sensors and see how it goes but definitely adjusting to the new calculation system takes a toll.
Thanks

Figure out your Lactate Threshold - like a recent 5km race without any elevation, average HR of the last 3km - and set the zones according to this article:
