Smart Sensor Sync problem

For a long time I have used the Suunto smart sensor with my Suunto 9 Baro and after that Suunto Vertical for my futsal sessions.
The procedure was always the same, start the activity in the locker room, leave the watch, and stop the activity again after returning to the locker room.
When I ended the activity the watch would sync the hearth rate, and every thing was perfect.In recent times (it seems after the last firmware update for the SV1) the watch would show the sync screen but the data is only partial. Large part of hearth rate data is missing in the watch, and subsequently in the app.
Does anybody have the same problem,or even maybe a solution to this?
It frustrating that this sort of function doesn’t work.
The sensor is less that an year old, and functions normally when connected to the watch during the activity.
