Is the Run 2 watch face coming to Suunto+?

@Tami999 I have asked it about previous WF. It’s not automatic, not all watches can get new WF…
@Wilson75 so sometimes a particular watch face needs at least version X of the firmware to work, because different versions support different complications.
Now, it could be that this is really incompatible with Vertical, because Vertical is still on 2.53.x, or it could be just a mistake. Will need to ask someone. -
different FW version
I played a bit with the Suunto Plus SDK a few months ago, and I think it’s more related to the screen type/size. As far as I understand, a watch face has multiple files, one for each display resolution, so Suunto would have to spend time developing this WF specifically for the Vertical 1. The AMOLED screens share the same file, so I think it’ll come to the Race 1, but not the Vertical - which is pretty disappointing, but I hope I’m wrong.

@evnorth it is not only display size, but also certain graphocal elements (complications) that have been added with later firmwares.

I also have tested this watch face on other Suunto watches, so chances that it will be released are high

Overall, I really like the design. It looks clean and simple. If Suunto could add a Recovery % data field, that would make it even more useful — and definitely a little more “wow”!

I noticed in the store today that the “Whale” watch face has moved to the top spot. At first, I thought it was a new face.
