Units displaying incorrectly at imperial on Apple Watch

The Apple Watch app is stuck on imperial measurements. I’ve tried everything to change and seems to not work. Looks like others have had this problem too. Makes it quite unusable!

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
