Pool Freediving (dynamic) distance

I’ve tried yesterday for the 1st time the Freediving (dynamic) mode in a 25m pool.
Here’s my feedback and I would be curious if you have also noticed it :- The (horizontal) distance is pretty accurate : we’ve made different series with 25m / 37,5m / 50m. In most of the cases, it was correct. Is it based on the apnea time ? is there a detection of the U-turn like for the swimming mode of other products (like Race) ?
- But when doing some static exercices underwater, it has counted it like an horizontal movement and here values were totally wrong.
So generally, this function is quite good (even if it can be improved in some cases), but unfortunately, it’s not used in the Suunto App and no information about the total distance made in freediving is sync in the freediving activity. I had to check on the watch journal to fill it manually in the activity of the Suunto App.
I think it should be easy to fix, shouldn’t it ?
