Charger behavior

Hello,
I’ve noticed strange charger behavior. With first charger, watch didn’t start charging. I’ve tried to disconnect and connect a cable, unplugging a charger and it didn’t help. I had to connect to another charger, then it started. Next I could back to the previous one and continue normally. Does anybody had such situation?

@orzechszek I have not seen this, but maybe the pins did not fully align or did not have a proper contact (greasy?) when you tried the first time?

@Egika It was my second time charge. At first time it was similar behavior, but I thought it’s a charger problem, so I just connect to another charger and leave it. Next time I’ll try to do more tests.

@orzechszek You are right. I have been facing these issues recently. I had to plug and unplug a few times before it started charging. I tried to clean the contacts on watch and charge without much of luck.

@withManish it looks like firmware issue - watch don’t recognize charger connection (voltage change?).

@orzechszek No idea, mostly I charge with my computer USB port.

This morning I charged the watch for the first time since I’ve had it. I’ve had it since Monday. And I didn’t have the charging problems you described.
