Suunto 9 Missing Activity

Hi, I synced a recent event (92 miles) and although synced to new Suunto App, it didn’t pull through to Strava. On the Suunto and Strava sites it suggests deleting the activity (move) and resyncing.

Despite multiple efforts it has not resynced that move. Weirdly though, the steps and calories of the move are still on the app!

The move is intact on the watch, but any ideas out there as to how to get it back on the app? Suunto don’t seem to have any answer, asides from delete the app, unpair and begin again - done that twice already. Such a frustration (fist world problems right !).

You have already tried to uninstall the SuuntoApp and reinstall it, and no luck ?

@Chris-Davies I am having a very similar problem. The steps and everything went into the app, but not the actual activity. Have you found a solution?
