Strava is not giving opportunity to edit some achievements and dispalys what was pushed from Suunto service as posted.
It’s key to send the most actual data to Strava meaning data that are realigned - adjusted distance for e.g. indoor swimming, manually entered distance taken during virtual bicycle ride / spinning.
To highlight source of data is Suunto therefore this is not Strava responsible for data quality. This improvement would make Suunto claim about closer cooperation with Strava even more credible.

Didn’t get your idea. As I understand, Suunto uploads fit file to Strava (and other providers). Them, each provider, import data to their platform… Then you can “modify” data. Strava has a correct elevation (which I use every day)

When you finish your spinning session you watch is not reading distance. If you swim indoor having exercise involving legs only the distance would be equal to zero. Then when you sync watch data with Movescount/Suunto App and stright away the exercise is pushed to Strava where you can’t ajust manually the distance (elevation is different logic that Strava uses).
If you’d adjust the distance at the exercice header level (at the loop level it’s not possible) and save, it wouldn’t go to Strava again.
          Best regards,
          Piotr

@Piotr-Gasparski since sync with providers is always immediately done, any change will involve another sync, or change in both systems… (same appends with name)
Other option could be that synchronization was fired manually, which has long discussed here 🙂

Another option is, what I suggest in other post, to make possible manual adjustment of distance before excercise copltetion:

              • indor swimming (when you train e.g. loegs only or you mix styles during 1 pool lengh),
              • treradmill
              • splinning
And I think that it would be the best option.

With reference to what you suggest about manual execution of the synch, make sense but still it depends on the Suunto App/Movecount code. I think that data that are pushed to Strava is not coming from the excercise header but from laps.
If so, then key is to make possible edition of laps.
