My question is to know why my Suunto ambit 3 Sport has no sound when any button is pressed.
Nor when I receive any notification from my mobile?
The same happens with the vibration, it does not vibrate in any of the cases in which any notification is received.

On the clock the function is activated for that to happen.
Can someone give me some clue on this subject?

      Thank you

        Maybe it’s defective.
Is it new ? Did you try to contact Suunto support ?

Does Ambit3 sport have vibration alert at all? If I’m not mistaken, of ambits, only Vertical has vibration alert.

As of sounds, if your watch in Options - general - tones says “all on”, then you should hear all the button pressing and all alerts. If despite this you still don’t hear anything, you could try resetting your watch or even force firmware re-installation. If even that doesn’t help, I’m afraid that your only option is to send it to service.

as said by @Prenj there’s no vibration on A3R-S-P, just on Vertical.

I absolutely don’t want to be rude, just help. If you are a beginner, perhaps it would be better to start from the manual, it would help you enjoy your A3S (a great watch, I had a blue one) at best! 😉

Also, this is probably not the right section for this. Mind if we move it to the watch section?

please also check, you’ve got 2 different tone settings, one is for buttons, the other one is for notification.
If you think it is broken, you can ask Suunto service for support. They are fast and offer a great service.
You can also check if it is still within warranty. ✊
