      This is another stupid question, but… There isn’t any support contact other than phone. It’s my first interaction with Suunto and I’m super surprised that any company woukd stick to phone only support in 2020.

            Thank you both!
            This was my mobile browser (Brave) blocking the chat button at the Suunto webpage.
            I managed to get to chat and got answer that it’s Suunto return policy and then got disconnected.
            So, I used my desktop browser and started again to make sure and here’s how it went:

                      That is a marketing term I suppose.

                      You have 15 days to return the product undamaged and so as the packaging.

                        Did the initial company statement specify whose “satisfaction” would be “guaranteed”? I imagine Suunto enjoy making sales.
