I’ve recently paired the OH1 optical HRM with my Ambit 3. It all appears to work well… except… The Performance Difference line on Movescount shows 0.0% which I guess means that this metric is broken.

Q1 does anyone know why and/or whether there is anything I can do about it?

I’ve noticed that my “performance” for runs is stuck on the same number all week. Which is entirely possible even if I hadn’t changed my HRM.

Q2 Can anyone confirm if the Performance metric for a run still works when paired with an OH1.

@mannett I think running performance needs HRV (heart rate variability) for calculations which can’t be provided by optical heart rate sensors such the Polar OH1.

@mannett for 100% this feature need to have HRV for calc. You need to use hr strap like polar H7,H10 or Suunto smart sensor. I have both H7 and Oh1. It works only when I wear h7
