Ambit’s main button is very difficult to press and when released it retrieves slowly its original position. Possibly because of limestone. Although the device is completely clean.
Is there a way or specific device-friendly chemical to remove any dirt or limestone a bit more inside?

@theoa I let my watch soak in warm water and a little bit of non-agressive soap for a couple of hours.
Shake it once in a while and rinse it with fresh water

yes, but I can not take responsibility 😉
I used a soft descaler e.g. suitable for coffeemakers and a soft cotton pad to apply

@theoa I had this happen on an Ambit, I could never fix it and the watch was replaced. If the suggestions fail I would contact support.

@freeheeler did you see any progress using dezcal?
Somebody advice me to use kitchen clean chemical in small dosis or baking soda. Is these safe?

yes, it worked on my watch.
you can use any descaler/cleaner that does not harm NBR seals

@freeheeler I’ve just used acetic acid - common vinegar for descaling and the situation was improved!

                    Thanks for the advice
