    @lexterm77 wow, on my S9P I never saw resources above 70% and vast majority of days I am at 0% before 1:00 PM.
    In my case I guess it has more to do with the fact that all myHR daily reading somehow appears to be wrong; looking at my daily HR one would think I am working out 24/7 non stop.
    Interestingly , I gain resources if I start an activity ( generic indoor) on the watch.
    Hopefully things will improve

      @giacomo-laffranchini

      Does your morning HR after you wake up and sit 10min motionless before breakfast or coffee match the resting hr on your watch?

        @lexterm77 that is a valid point, thank you. In the past it was; i then saw a suggestion in a forum indicating to use the avarage HR during sleep as resting HR. Since then I have been using the latter. I can certainly try to change it back and check if the change produces any difference in terms of resources etc.

        Nevertheless, my watch recording (outside an activity )are still highly inflated. I suspect this may also paly a role on resources.

        Thank you for your suggestion!

          @andré-faria about every 2nd day the resources are below 20% at lunchtime when I am in office. This resources feature does not work at all and is more or less useless (not even an approximate guessing) Today it dropped from 80% to 30% in 3h. It usually drops way faster when sitting or standing around than during an activity (with average hr >130bpm)

            @giacomo-laffranchini would also suggest checking your HR zones, and making sure they are appropriate.

              @jamie-bg Hi! I have tried that but with same result. The body resources are going from 85% in the morning and after 15min slow walk with the dog it is down to 35% and by lunch it is down to 0%. I have tried soft reset, hard reset but with the same result. Both on S9B & S9Peak

                @jamie-bg thank you for the tip. Not sure whether or not my zones are indeed “appropriate.” What i did is: performing some tests with an HR chest monitor to find out max HR and resting HR, set the values in the watch, and let the watch calculate/adjust zones accordingly. I assume should be suitable approach, but perhaps there is a more precise approach that I am not aware of.

                  Zones don’t matter, resting, max hr, age height etc influence calc.

                    I wore s7 and S9P today, they seem to be in agreement.

                      @lexterm77 indeed i noticed that by increasing resting HR ( actually beyond what is my actual HR) and increasing max HR ( beyond my actual) resources are somehow more stable and declining at a lower pace. However, the side effect of doing so is that the watch struggles to precisely detect when I felt asleep. I guess my HR while reading before going to bed went below the resting HR set in the watch.
                      I guess by paying with the two numbers one could try finding the sweet spot.

                        @giacomo-laffranchini

                        Your hr will go below resting hr when horizontal. Sensors not detecting movement for a while will assume you are asleep. It takes time to determine and my sleeping times are a little bit off when I wear them both, but not a lot. I also monitor movement with sleep app on iPhone and all 3 agree with each other to a 5min.

                          This issue affects all watches currently and I am afraid it’s outside Suunto. We have spent quite some effort to remedy this and atm it’s not on our hands.

                          I am talking specifically about the sudden drop after something easy. Easily reproducible with a stretching or yoga activity.

                          Thanks, will this issue be corrected in next update or soon? Firstbeat 1 year time 🙂
