so on my S9B getting an on demand measure of HR was almost instant even more after latest version came out, now on my S9P I’m struggling to get a OHR read that fast as I was getting on the S9B. it usually takes from 10 secs to 20 secs to move the HR number at all, am I alone with this behavior? also, sometimes it seems it’s taking blood oxygen reading as well when asking for HR, as if I move to blood oxygen screen the reading is ready even if I didn’t ask for it.

any ideas how to improve this? or is this a known issue on S9P?

    thx

@herlas instant measurement has always been taken a few seconds for me. Both on my S9B and S9P. However, if you scroll to other pages below the watch face it is also trying to get a OHR reading.

I.e. if you check baro trend first and then return to the HR page it probably shows you the value instantly because the watch started to measure while you were navigating to the baro trend graph.

@herlas it has confidence level. That’s why.

Also the Oxygen spo2 is enabled passively to speed up the measurement

From time to time I have this behaviour also. But I would say like 1/30 times.

How often does S9P sample HR in 24:7 mode?
