Suunto 9 Baro crashes before saving run activity

After updating SB9 software to 2.16.26, it started crashing (not every time) at the end of the outdoor runs and few indoor runs. It doesn’t happen during other activities, and since I use Stryd for both activities, I wonder if it contributes? The activity shows up at the Suunto app after pairing the watch though. Still, it usually misses calories, TSS data and distance looks less than what was observed before ending the activity. I wonder if anyone else has experienced something like that.

@reza-behnam Just curious, when did 2.16.26 come out? When (as in date) did you update your watch? I’ve never had an issue like this.

@reza-behnam I use Stryd every run so it should not be that. Using any S+?

@isazi thanks for the response, I use S not S plus. I agree it is a weird issue since it happens randomly. I did hard reset the watch but didn’t resolve the problem.

@reza-behnam there is suunto plus submenu on your s9B where you can specify some additional data before a workout. That’s what @isazi was referring to.

@reza-behnam this should not happen, I would suggest to also contact support because there may be something wrong with your watch.

Shortly after the run connect your watch to suuntolink.
After the sync press send logs.
Paste the I’d you were given here at a post.
I’ll be able then to pass this issue to the team.
I haven’t heard this or seen this for a lot of time
