Each product has warranty, and problem may happen after it. Whatever the building quality controls, and depending on the usage, things may happen.
Suunto offers you a voucher, which is already quite nice, isn’t it?

Your “new device” replacement is not extending initial warranty.
First Ultras were warrantied 3 years instead of 2, but yours maybe not (bought in 2018), but when is the limit? I don’t know.

Suunto Spartan Ultra (since 2016) FW: 2.8.24 (retired)
        Suunto Vertical all black
        Wife : S9PP
SA: Always the latest beta :)

Thank you very much on your reply.
I understand everything, but I am angry because the watch isn’t cheap and old. They can check condition of the watch, they can see that i am not do anything improper.
My warranty card is on 2 years
I sent the watch to the Suunto service in Ljubljana(Slovenia)
and they told me that water has breach inside and repair is 290 euros, it is unprofitable to fix it.
I think 10% is too low, i love Suunto but now i am too suspicious

@Spartanac91 you may try to “discuss” with Suunto on facebook or phone about this extended warranty.
Maybe you are lucky. Also if you have the date or some invoice of the replacement of your current watch maybe you can be lucky also.
Some brands give 2 years of warranty after the replacement. But not everybrand. others consider a repair and give only some months.
Also it depends on the law of each country.
But as said, after warranty period, everything is a matter of luck.

I’am trying communicate over facebook messenger but it is too slow and i think they are not interested too help me.
What do you think I send them my watch to inspect it?
Then they can see that I didn’t do anything inappropriate with watch

As you may know, it is august, most companies have most of people on vacation.
Regarding sending the watch, I don’t know, you have to discuss with them.
First have everything ready on your side…invoices, dates of replacements, etc etc
