    Hello dear Suntoo team,

I recently got a treadmill so I can keep running even when the forests are full of snow. 🙂
I have a Suunto 9 and I noticed that some adjustment is happening regarding the tracked distance of the treadmill. I suspect it’s either when I run solo outside or after I have edited enough tracks. However, occasionally, I go for a run with some mates, and in that group we are a lot slower. After such workouts, the distance that is tracked on the treadmill is completely wrong: It’s often 20% less than the treadmill displays.

That’s a bit frustrating because usually my VO2 value then takes a huge drop, and also the hrTSS values etc seem way too low. It doesn’t feel rewarding after a hard workout. 😉

I am fine with editing the distance after the workout is done. However, all these values are not adjusted accordingly. Could that either be added or some manual calibration factor for treadmill workouts be added?

    Cheers

Agree on the VO2max, but hrTSS is only a function of duration and threshold/time in HR zones, so it is not impacted by the distance being off.
