Text notifications not showing on Suunto 9 Peak

Suunto 9 peak not showing text notifications from iPhone.

I’ve got a iPhone XR running iOS 15.1 and updated watch firmware but text notifications will not come through. Every other notification is coming through, except texts. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Suunto app, confirmed moves count is not installed, unpaired and repaired watch, toggled notifications off and back on, still no luck.

Any thoughts on how I can get text notifications to work?

@kpboy86 The notifications need to be set on the iPhone to appear on the lock screen. Otherwise the only notifications that will show are phone calls. You can specify most of these in the notification settings on the iPhone. Make sure that the watch is ok to receive notifications as well, directly on the watch.
Finally check the BT menu in the iPhone, your watch should state “connected” otherwise notifications will not transmit.
