S9P Black screen

I went to the gym today and after training I wanted to stop the exercise mode. As soon as I pressed top right button the screen went fully black and after few minutes just normal clock screen appeared. When I synched the watch after this I only had time, max HR i TSS in the recorded exercise. After few minutes a HR graph appeared, but that’s it no additional data. Bug or something else?

@dušan-ković the watch crashed. How long ago it did happen? If not long ago, can you send logs and PM me?

@isazi It happened this morning. I’ve sent the logs, crash was almost 12 hours ago.

@dušan-ković did you send the logs 12 hours ago after the crash or now after 12 hours?

@isazi The watch crashed around 10 in the morning, and I’ve sent logs 15 mins ago (around 21:10)

@dušan-ković clear, may be too late now. It is better if you send logs just after the event (sync watch and then send logs).
