Suunto 9 all black gen 1 firmware update issue

Dear all, I have problems when I try to update my new Suunto 9 all black gen1 watch over SuuntoLink, I got a notification that it has failed to check for updates, and please check your internet connection, any solutions, my current version is 2.13.18

@ivan-lekic are you by chance using windows 7?
Also, you can find all firmwares for your watch in the forum, download the one you need and drag and drop it on top of suunto link window to force the update. -

Which version is your SuuntoLink?
As an alternative you can download the firmware here and install it offline:
