-
 @mountainchris we used to have for the default profiles the altimeter set to auto. now it’s using the barometer. (this didn’t apply to custom made hiking etc profiles

 @dimitrios-kanellopoulos ok thanks, and custom always was baro?

 Quick question. I now have the possibility to update the watch when I go into settings and look but I got no notification in the app about a new FW. Is this as it should be?
-
 My mother reports that the watch reset after the update again. S5
-
 @mountainchris yes
-
 @richard-thygesen normal
-
 My FW update failed and SuuntoLink forced me to restart my watch. This was my first negative experience in any way with Suunto, but it was a biggie to lose all of my customizations in the watch and for activities
-
 @traileyes please send logs via Suuntolink and pass the log id here
-
 @richard-thygesen You should download firmware in Suunto App, when the download finish, go to the watch setting, you will see new software update here.
-
 I presume that for battery calibration, discharge/charge should apply?
 Also, any word for vo2max update in near future? Thx.

-
 @traileyes what did the watch show after the update ?
-
 did anyone else notice lag between automatic laps sound notification and with heavy delay vibration and the summary screen?
-
 @traileyes there is a suggestion for backing up settings and restoring them. Please vote

 All sounds great, big thank you !!!
-
 @dimitrios-kanellopoulos when I first opened SuuntoLink, it said the app needed to update. Once that was completed, then the watch attempted to update. I got a failure notification and SuuntoLink said the watch needed to reset. I clicked OK and after the reset attempted the FW update on the watch again. It appeared to be successful as my 9B says it’s running 2.19.42.
-
 @traileyes Yes, my mother reports the same.
-
 @traileyes I get this issue if I use a standard USB port on my laptop however if i use the USB 3.0 (blue) port it always works.
