Problem Activity start button

since the last update i’m unable to start an activity with the middle button, it takes me back to the menu every time i press it, i tried several resets but nothing, need help thanks!

how fast does the middle button go back to its normal position? maybe it’s kind of stuck and hence it keeps pressing and triggers to return one page backwards?

@freeheeler like a normal press to confirm, but instead to confirm goes again back to select sport…

@freeheeler the phisical button is a lil bit slowed and pops back in posotion slowly, maybe try with some warm water and bicarbonate or vinegear?

I’ve had the same issue and tried different cleaning procedures… I do not recommend any of the things I’ve tried, unless sending it in for service.

depends where you’re located, also price varies (in case your watch is already out of warranty time…)

let it rest in luke-warm water and mild soap if you want to try to clean it
then rinse it

@freeheeler cleaned with warm/hot water 60° C, soap for cleaning dishes + bicarbonate, also rotated the button few times and now it’s a bit better, works 70% of the times but that’s ok for now, will clean it again and see if it gets better. thx to all

The buttons need to be replaced, all three of them. That would be a total of 80 to 100€ depending on where you are, including new gaskets etc.
