impossible to recharge

My Suunto 5 had issues to be recharged. It was changed for free after 12 months but also the new one had the same problem after 5-6 months.
Not a great product to buy… -
@lombam2 Have you tested the cable? Or the power supply?
I tend to believe that if you only have had this issue, I haven’t read of this issue in the forum and I guess, due its design, it’s the same system than the ambits (proven performance), probably the issue is not in the watch, it is more likely to be a consequence of other things.

@lombam2 I had/have two S5s and a S5 Peak, which all share the same cable and never had any problems, nor have I read about such here. Perhaps it really is a cable problem, or your charger? I also found, that the loading pins on the S5 collect dirt and other things quite good, perhaps the problem is there? Or it’s really just bad luck. But it certainly is not the product itself.
