@lombam2 I had/have two S5s and a S5 Peak, which all share the same cable and never had any problems, nor have I read about such here. Perhaps it really is a cable problem, or your charger? I also found, that the loading pins on the S5 collect dirt and other things quite good, perhaps the problem is there? Or it’s really just bad luck. But it certainly is not the product itself.

@Samuli-Sutinen also before you reboot it please, could you press send logs via the SuuntoLink and paste here the ID that it will give you. ? Even better if you can reproduce the issue easily then just after that press send longs.

@S-Boardman Are you syncing with Suunto App once per day? Is the green GPS icon lighting up on the watch prior to your start? It is possible that you do not have a current AGPS file and the watch does not “know” where you are. The route will not show properly under those circumstances. To check AGPS on the watch go to Settings/General/About and make sure the AGPS file is current. If not you need to sync with SA and ensure GPS is optimized and a current (today’s date) AGPS file is present.
