      dear all,
does anyone know a way of having something similar to trackback in order to get direction from the watch. Tthe only working method I found is to save the route of the first leg , sync with the phone and then navigate it back but this is not always handy .
Any other suggestions ? I think it was there on Ambit 3 peak as a direct option so I am bit curious as to whether there is another way of doing it on s9peak or if the functionality is lost completely

      thanks

@thanasis maybe I misunderstood, but I would do the following, to track back to my startong point.

        1. The activity needs to be still ‘active’ - and not stopped/saved/finished
        2. go to the map/track screen on your watch (in Running it is the third screen)
        3. If you have touch activated, move the tray from the bottom up; if touch is deactivated press the lower button to move the tray up.
        4. You can now select one of the methods to move back to your starting point … e.g. breadcrumb, which helps you to navigate exactly the same route back to the starting point.

This is described better in the manual, and it might not even be what you were looking for, but I hope it helps nevertheless.

using a Suunto Vertical & Suunto Wings; mostly running (AKA stomping around) and cycling mostly through the northern german "wilderness"
