      Hi All,

After i receive notifications, and i don’t read them, my watch shows this text instead of displaying my watch face:

“Start by playing music or video from any app”

If i swipe right it get’s back to my watch face but it’s frustrating to always get rid of that text.

Any ideas how to get rid of that?

@raul-raymond What button are you pressing? Typically that is arising from a button press.

@brad_olwin once you mentioned buttons, i tried to press them, it’s the middle button, maybe i keep pressing it by mistake in my weird desk positions 😞

That makes total sense, I think that is what’s happening.

@raul-raymond There should be an option somewhere to change the hotkey for this button (sorry can’t remember where it is buried in the menu).

@jamie-bg It is in Personal under Settings and allows you to change any of the hot keys.

@brad_olwin it is true, but you have to have something on the button. No possibility to have it “empty”

You can try closing background media apps on your phone, disabling media controls on your watch, or restarting the watch to fix this issue. Also, check if media notifications are set to persist.
