Password reset does not work

I am logged in on my phone, but do not know my password anymore. So i tried to reset password, but i never get an e-mail to proceed…and yes, Email is correct
Any ideas? Or better where can i post it that responsible people read it soon?

I had this - just reset it on the sports tracker site. Then it worked in Suunto App.
