For open water swimming some tips:
- Link the belt and the watch outside the water.
- Start the activity if you can with watch and sensor outside water.
- Finish activity the same way to sync the smart sensor with the watch.
It should work.

About the calories I don’t know but about syncing the smart sensor with the watch that works for me.

@Bulkan to me it looks like the recording of the smart sensor went pretty well. The HR graph is there and looking reasonable.
Just the rest (zones, etc) completely absent…Looks like bug to me. Can this be repeated?

I’m thinking more of bad syncing rather than a bug,I will swim in open waters this weekend and see if this happens.
