Privacy and and amount of data collected?

I’m using the Suunto 7 and is aware that when it uses the GoogleWear software, full privacy seems very unlikely, however I also have DuckDuckGo’s Tracker Blocker installed which counts the amount of tracking attempts that has been blocked.
Suunto is by far the app that seems to collect or sends the most data compared to any other app on my phone. Especially Braze is the big receiver of these data.
My watch and Suunto app still functions with these attempts being blocked so it’s not functional data.
I get that Suunto needs data for certain analytical metrics but it seems exercise and rather concerning that if far surpasses any other sports app I also use.
