@el2thek I know, in the past only pictures were deleted, but let’s just be positive. If Suunto is going to release a new watch, you all know users of this forum are going to get first hand reviews on release day.

@isazi What I would like is to maybe replace Garmin’s firstbeat with Polar’s (as Casio did). I would like in-house but if that is to high cost to support I would look into replacing the only place Sunnto is a bit off at least for me (the fitness analysis such as resources, sleep…).

@Hristijan-Petreski Suunto is working on this, at least in the app. You can already see that the Suunto Coach is built on non Firstbeat technology.

I’m sure some users have seen surveys describing ideas on how the Coach may work in the future.

I’m hoping there are some tech bloggers (DC Rainmaker/Desfit/Chase the Summit) already using the new Suunto, and assume they are on embargo agreements. Hopefully, reviews will be out at launch to help make a quick decision.

I’ve seen but been to stupid to not take any screenshot…
All I guess is that next watch to come won’t necessary be my next one !
I am so pleased with my S9B…but wait for only few things to change it :

better GPS precision (a friend uses a fenix 7 and his tracks are always smoother et more precise than mine). Compared to my old A3P, the thing I miss the most is a precise and reactive instant pace/speed. Multiband should help.
better screen and size, with suunto legendary robustness, design, et ergonomy !
Better autonomy
using more than one App, and possibility to launch an app durign an exercice (safe and weather for instance…)
wrist power (as it is already available on S9PP…no question on that)
maps (but not my first wish) ?!
My bet is that Suunto won’t do less than that on their next flagship ! I don’t need more !

[edit] And I forgot : a 24mm strap so I could re-use my whole strap collection !!

@Tieutieu largely concur but some like gps accuracy is already good with S9PP. But a slightly larger display with ability to run more than 2 apps at the same time would be a neat certain purchase for me. Maps are nice to have but not a deal breaker.

I changed S9B for S9P and after some use I get used to the smaller screen but also to the confortability of the S9 Peak and now S9B and S9P cover my needs so I don’t imagine what new feature would drive me to change to new watch model.
If the new watch is bigger than S9P (similar to S9B) probably will be less confortable and now I’m very used to S9P size (S9P is my “all day” watch). If the new watch is similar in size to S9P and 9PP I don’t find any reason to change

First of all thanks for your awesome work on the community and Suunto team on it.
I understand all the work it involves on a launching (worked on it also), but honestly I think Suunto could really profit of that. It is annoying for sure for those who worked on it, but on my side it annoys more to see posts deleted everywhere (facebook, Reddit, Suunto forum). If there were more leaks it could create even more envy/ desire to wait for the watch.

But it’s ok. As speculation on one side I think it could be a big mark for Suunto (otherwise they would keep the s9 naming).

Really hope to see more integration with Suunto coach , with suggested workouts (like garmin) based on Suunto coach, and for sure some kind of mapping (don’t need to have all continents on the watch, but a big zone, maybe downloaded from the app ).

Also that the annoying resources “bug” and sleep times get better.

Does anyone remember how long it took between the first leaks of the S9 and the official release? It was something like 2 weeks, right?
Anyway, can’t wait to see what’s coming next.
