    Hi All
    Does anyone know if it’s possible to stop the display from reverting back to the main time display once the stopwatch time equals 1 minute?

    It makes the stopwatch function pretty useless for times over 1 minute. I know the stopwatch keeps running in the background, but if I want to time something I want the stopwatch screen to be visible over that period.

    Thanks

        This is only an issue if you’re using the Stopwatch widget. Agreed, it’s pretty annoying! If you scroll down and use the timer function from the menu (not the widget) it doesn’t default back to the main time display.

          @freeheeler

          There seem to be 2 ways you can activate the stopwatch function:

          1. If you enter stopwatch mode from the main screen via the down arrow & choose timer then run the stopwatch, all works fine as per your screenshot.
          2. If you scroll left into the widgets to the timer & run the stopwatch it’s as I originally described.

          Which is a weird application of the function!

          Thanks anyway, at least I have a resolution to my problem.

            @LitchiMonster

            Thanks.

            I just figured it out, albeit rather slowly!

            I thought the widgets were a quick way of accessing common apps without having to deep dive into the main menus. Obviously not if they function differently.

              sorry, silly me.
              I have reduced my widgets to a minimum and use the timer from the apps.
              I personally distinguish between apps and widgets and never noticed the behavior you describe.
