Software release 2.30.26

Anyone know when a update to The maps in The app will come? I want The same map that Finland have, but for Sweden.
-
@Iggge Map updates will be independent of firmware updates. They will be announced here, at least the last one was but once more frequent they may not be. You can tell if there is a map update when you put the watch on the charger is it will automatically download maps as long as there is a WiFi connection and you are charging.
Selecting “Offline Maps” under the Watch Menu will show which new maps are downloading. -
@Brad_Olwin
I am more thinking that @Iggge would like to have specific Finland map layout in Suuntoapp for other countries
-
@Mff73 Clearly I did not read carefully enough!
-
@Mff73 That is correct
-
-
@avanderlip I am experiencing a similar issue. I posted about it here: https://forum.suunto.com/topic/10266/sofwtare-update-won-t-download-to-new-suunto-vertical?_=1707177699948
Would you be able to share how you were able to resolve this?
-
I have exactly the same problems only difference is that my watch stuck on 2.25.64 version.
I tried all of above but without result.
I also tried with suuntolink on two Microsoft and one Apple laptops but they could find watch.
Any help pls. -

Sorry to open a new debate about sleep tracking. I noticed that my sleep tracking is wrong with my vertical.
Vertical uses new Suunto algorithm I hope to see improvement in the next release. -
@Wilson75 you should probably post in 2.30.38, this is not current firmware.
-
Any information about next software update?
-
@Iggge in the making
-
@Egika Any ideas what Suunto is working on?
-
@Iggge the usual. Fixing old bugs, introducing new ones, you know, the regular software dev things.
-
@Łukasz-Szmigiel said in Software release 2.30.26:

This comment actually made my day, thanks!
-
@Łukasz-Szmigiel hahaha
-
@tomasbartko I hope the original comment was a joke but want to remind everyone that human developers work hard and their priorities are governed by Suunto. I would imagine they take pride in their work. When you post imagine how you might feel reading the posts. This is called empathy. There are Suunto employees here that are trying to help. Criticism is great but best if non-personal and not judgemental.
-
@Brad_Olwin I’ll add /s next time so it’s clear
-
@Łukasz-Szmigiel @Łukasz-Szmigiel FWIW, I took this as a joke and maybe dose of realism
And I do appreciate the efforts of the developers, as well and Brad, Egika, et al to keep discussion civil, and to keep the forums from descending into chaos.
