Suunto race 2.30.38 black screen problem

 @Egika I have been using the device for about 2 months. I did my training as usual, and then I suddenly realized that the device was working, but there were only lines on the screen. As I said, the device was fixed after 3-4 hours. I think there is a software bug. In my research, the same things happened in previous versions.

 @sartoric It’s been 23 days since I contacted the support team. During this period, I run about 15 hours a week without a watch. After using Garmin for 8 years I bought the best watch Suunto makes and this is what it is. what should i do now?

 @zhang965 If they give back 450 euros, I made an offer to give it back and buy vertical, but they did not accept it. unfortunately very poor customer satisfaction

Anyway, I’m not buying directly from Suunto anymore. It’s a piece of shit.

 @zhang965 sad to say. This will probably be my first and last Suunto purchase. I have used Garmin for 8 years and have never encountered such bad customer dissatisfaction.

 @the_ultraman did support offer to send you watch back and check if there is anything wrong with the hardware? Edit: sorry I have seen on another thread that you sent the watch back to Suunto already via the Cyprus support.

 @isazi Yes, I sent it back but it has been about 1 month. I still don’t have a watch. I talked to Suunto Cyprus today. There is no news, I don’t know when I will get my watch back.

 @the_ultraman if you have a reference number of some kind, try to inquire with support via the chat function, maybe you can get a reply directly from Finland.
