    @Tomáš-Zahradník What you can do, if you have a mobile with you is to just sync even if the mobile connection is off. The app will store a local copy of the data and will try to upload it eventually. The watch should be able to store up to xh of data with HR etc but after that will rotate. Also keep in mind that a software update will do the same.

    I had the same problem, wrote several times to suunto support but no solution… After reading several treads on this forum I decided to try another HR monitor and bought Polar H10, since then I have no problem with heart rate… Suunto belt just don’t last long…couple of months and you need a new one…

    @triumph114 go to share in suunto app then select to internet browser then internet browser will start and download the gpx file into the “downloads” folder

    @darxmurf ok, then most likely this bug is related to the pause. I have had the same some months ago with the map.display in the app. Let’s hope it gets fixed soon!

    @amasidlover you can sync offline, i.e. the data is transferred from your watch to the app without you needing Internet connection, thus allowing you to free space on the watch. Most of the processing is then done online by the “Suunto Cloud”, including converting the raw data into a FIT file. This is how I understand the process so far, of course people from Suunto can help solve doubts better.

    Ok, so I fixed the problem by deleting the imported routes from my iPhone. This seems to be a bug and needs to be fixed, because web interface is no longer a thing and if you don’t happen to have a iPhone you are totally locked out of your route page. Furthermore I do want to be able to have more routes which this issue doesn’t allow me to have. Edit: The route page crashes, beyond repair when importing large gpx files.

    @Ketoohs try to do an uninstall and reinstall with good wifi / 4G etc. Maybe its fetching data and gets stuck

    Further detail: using a different wrist computer (but the same phone/app/Android version), notifications that I know are encrypted (Proton Mail) are not forwarded to the device, same as the Suunto.

    @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Incidentally, it happened to a friend today after upgrading firmware to the latest (SSS). Could not pair with MC. Only thing that worked was the airplane mode. One more trick on our toolset.
