2 different issues here: Missing HR info in laps (already reported here) No Interval info: this is happening now, we cannot see intervals info. Perhaps Suunto could add as new column with auto-laps and manual laps…

The last 1.6 builds changelog includes “Localization updates” and the error is still there. Just a reminder

@bl00m0 is this after the 2.5.18 update? Did you have low batter perhaps?

Forgot to mention that the Endomondo support answered my request some time ago (Jan 28) "Thanks for writing. I apologize for any inconvenience syncing with your Suunto watch and Endomondo has caused due to certain workout types. I hope as well. You should in general have good tracks but as said before I have seen this happen. To my knowledge I see it 1/100 times happen but somehow then it’s related to something I dont know how to define.

I had the same trouble some days ago. Strangely, the route was duplicated in SA afterwards

@Kai-Liu No, Suunto App in Global and China are completely separate unrelated setups (in Europe and China respectively) for privacy and legal reasons. No data is shared between these two setups.

@Jack-Davis I have a same problem as you, went cycling on Monday and it hasn’t synced yet. Yesterdays cycling synced to app though.

@Alfredo-Gascón-Sanchis You should pm @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos after the normal service has been resumed to sent you a proper .fit file from SA. Probably tomorrow morning. This export as a fit file will arrive soon in SA, so any disruption is temporary.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos It’s been a while since I raised this issue and you replied letting me know that a fix had been deployed, but the behavior is still exactly the same. I’m still using MC instead of SA because it’s the only way I can get the proper intervals and avg pace for swimming.

I know, that’s how I added it. But just a thing that could be fixed in one of the next SA updates

I experienced the same thing three days ago. The remaining distance got stuck at 5.xx km I changed routes twice and the situation did not change, but selecting breadcrumb first, waiting a while (5’ I guess) and then loading the new route, worked.
