Have you deleted (forgotten) the Bluetooth connection between your watch and your phone, directly in your phone’s list of Bluetooth devices?
You need to delete the connection from the watch and from your phone before trying to repair from the app.
If you done all of that, it should work, especially because the app can still find your watch, so you know the watch Bluetooth module has not failed completely.
If it still doesn’t work, can you try to pair to a different device to see if it’s a problem with your phone?
