The problem was solved. The suunto chat requested me to clear all data and cache of the app on my phone and reinstall the app. Now all data is synced!

@Yidi-Huang I have a Pixel 8. I can’t speak for the Outlook issue, but I was seeing similar issues with text messages when I was changing the notification settings for the Messages app. Which Notifications do you have enabled for Messaging (go to Settings -> Notifications -> App notifications -> Messages)? I have everything enabled except for “Messages for web”. With that set, I only see the latest text message from the latest sender and nothing else. I don’t see any previous messages from that sender or any other unread messages. Still annoying that I don’t see all unread messages (I posted a request to fix that https://forum.suunto.com/topic/12016/view-all-unread-text-messages-from-same-sender-thread). Anyway, when I was fiddling with the notifications I had similar behavior to what you’re seeing. Basically all unread messages would flash across the display of my watch then all I would see would be the oldest unread message. I think that was caused by disabling “Background tasks” from Messages notifications. Take a look and see if that’s the case for you.

@Katchaput try to reinstall the app. About the birthyear this sounds strange as its not getting it from the watch

@Jaakers hile not affiliated with the company in any way, I’ve found SyncMyTracks to be a useful tool for synchronizing legacy training data (from Coros and Garmin) to Suunto. The application is paid, but its convenience justifies the cost. If all else fails, this could be a solution.

I am having the same issue, possibly as a result of an interruption of my sleep I couldn’t recall, as I was not having a nap. @Seanfitz76, maybe same problem as reported here: https://forum.suunto.com/topic/12261/android-12-crash-opening-suunto Can you provide extra info about Android version, when it mostly happens etc?

@GiPFELKiND Is it possible you made a break during the workout? There are also about 10 minutes missing. You should see it in the workout details as a separate time in rest or something similar. There was a feature regarding this in one of the latest updates

@colettas make sure to ‘forget’ the watch in the BT settings of your phone. Ans also make sure to forget the connection to the mobile app in the watch connectivity settings.

@thw3545 Have you deleted (forgotten) the Bluetooth connection between your watch and your phone, directly in your phone’s list of Bluetooth devices? You need to delete the connection from the watch and from your phone before trying to repair from the app. If you done all of that, it should work, especially because the app can still find your watch, so you know the watch Bluetooth module has not failed completely. If it still doesn’t work, can you try to pair to a different device to see if it’s a problem with your phone?
