Same for me. Even after the 4.17.1 release. I only have notifications enabled. [image: 1580935602001-screenshot_20200205_214237.jpg] [image: 1580935601990-screenshot_20200205_213939_com.huawei.systemmanager.jpg]

I lost waypoints on a route, but I think it is discussed elsewhere that it was broken on ios.

So, apparently none of the 24/7 data is fetched in the app after the initial sync. Activities are displayed in the feed and diary, but the dots on the calendar are not updated. I definitely understand this might be because no watch is synced to this iPad, but I don’t think the behaviour is correct, as I would really like to be able to check my data and/or plan on the iPad while maintaining the phone as the primary device, thus the one the watch is connected to. I wonder how it works for those of you with more than one watch, do you have different data in each app one of the watches is connected to ? Aren’t steps/sleep… aggregated between devices ?

@tuxella Good catch, I do not have this on as there are so many it obscures the routes.

@Aquamac said in Map not showing in app after run on iOs 16.0: @Mff73 I want to stick with Suunto as it feeds in to other apps. I already have a lot of data in there. Thanks sorry, i should have explained little more SuuntoApp and sports-tracker.com are “”““globally””“”" sharing the same database for activities. If you login into this website with your suuntoapp credentials (the exact same, no new account needed), you will be able to view the “sports-tracker version” of what is in your sunnto activities “data”. This site is not expected to be Suunto website, but as the data are shared, thus some of them displayed, it could be sometime a good way to identify some strange behaviours. For example, something the suuntoapp is not displaying, could be displayed in the web version of sports-tracker, which could tend to prove that database is “OK”, but system which renders it has some discrepencies. for your case, IF web is displaying the map, it could give some clue of potential issue. But there is high chance that map will be missing too, but who knows during investigation

I guess there is a problem with the trails layer on that section of the map (komoot is not using mapbox anymore, but maplibre). The app is not able to follow the path even if it visible (drawn) but there are no problem doing the same just a bit to the south (around Fiegls Gasthaus) I tried both Android and IOs It looks a bit strange on openstreetmap.org too but I didn’t dig deeper

@Brad_Olwin I guess it was the Service of Terms Notice that it failed to display. After a number of attempts it finally succeeded that. I guess forcing quit the app has helped. Thank you!

@Tieutieu said in Suunto app crashes when filtering summery by tags: I have also reported it several times through beta app (, iOS 24.00 sa version) On my phone (iOS) it crashes so after I tried to filtrered I can’t enter the main menu of the app (recap/activity…) and I also needed to reinstall the app. On my MacBook Pro, reinstalling the app even didn’t solved => app keeps crashing every time I try to access to the menu. [image: 1734414791180-img_3606.jpeg] Update the app to the latest version. If poosible, the best option is Delete the current app and reinstall its latest version. Now, try filtering single tag instead of multiple tags.

@sartoric I tested other iOS apps on macOS, and they work perfectly. The Suunto app also functions across three screens, as long as you don’t log in. However, as soon as you log in, the app successfully navigates to the activity screen and works fine—for that one session. Once you quit the app, it fails to start again (maybe because the initial setup views are skipped?). I shared this information as part of my follow-up email in response to my support chat.

I did an indoor ride (but started it as cycling). I synced with Suunto app (and then change type to indoor, but issue was also before) and the only graph I see is HR even if the activity has power and cadence as well (and temperature). I had the same problem with a pool swimming: just the HR zone but not chart for speed. Looks like a generic problem: if there is no GPS (thus map to correlate the chart to) the analysis area is not displayed. [image: 1511904620135-23915631_10156536407603881_2283078571250366673_n.jpg]
