@manlan It is unlikely to be SA, I believe this iOS and it started with either v13 or 14 and I think will not change. I would imagine it might be linked to enhanced privacy. It is no big deal to select the file and send it to SA.

@helenk If you just soft reboot, no. Just press upper button for 12 sec : it is soft reset = reboot

@Martin Thanks. This makes 2 of us. I’ve learnt that when you start the app (2.11.0/9541) and syncing, those 3 icons are gone. If you stay and play around within the app, either swipe left/right and up/down or tapping on 5 icons at the bottom of the screen, those 3 icons will come back if you are lucky. That means I haven’t found a replicable way to make it come back consistently.

@Bogdan1921 I’ve never paid much attention to that but I would say no. As a personal note I’ve disabled bg for SA (I sync on demand) and it works perfectly.

@Egika see, you can’t trust anyone - always need to ask @the_ultraman I think the issue for Android should be fixed in the next release

@jasonc Thanks for this. Interesting. I did some troubleshooting, but should have done what you’ve done with RunGap. I ended up choosing the nuclear option by doing a reset of the device. Placebo maybe, but my Suunto Race seems to be smoother in performance now. I did a stretching activity after the reset and seems to be fine now. Will do a run later on today and see how it goes. If the issue rears its head again I will for sure refer to your fix. Thanks again!

@Antonello85 that is just an estimate, that is overrule by the app when you sync. If it does not happen for you it may be an iOS issue indeed (there are no problems for me with Android)

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos ok, good to know. Not so big deal to edit the activity after the sync. Not want to do it in the prod, but this beta stage is ok.

@ze-stuart thank you, I will give that a try. Yes indeed regarding only one bike, I have the Speed & Cadence sensor on two bikes, I haven’t even tried pairing the two, only my commuter bike so far.

The previous version was OK in iOS.
