    I went onto the chat yesterday, got through to a real person and they said they are already aware of it and working on it but don’t know when it would be resolved. I’ve suggested they update here and also on the App details which the advisor accepted and they’ve done neither as far as I can tell.

    @Stoke80 I’d like to file a bug for this. If it happens again, that neither watch nor app shows the # of runs, can you please send logs from the settings of the app as soon as possible after the activity? Then please let me know your app user name in private message and the date and time, when you sent the logs. Thank you!

    @lessthanmore I’ve reached out to Suunto, that gave me some directions that didn’t work. Now I’m waiting for a new reply after that the problem will be managed by the technical team. I’m quite sure that the issue is connected with the update of the apps.

    @timecode I did check and unfortunately can’t help. I don’t see any issues on the cloud end. Different case. @adrian-suunto Suunto 9 Baro has limited storage size, your workout data may be already overwritten by newer workouts data. IIRC you can check that by open the workout on the watch and see if workout summary has charts (like HR graph). If no then it’s the workout data is gone from the watch. So if it failed to sync from the watch to mobile app then it’s unlikely we can do anything.

    @Prenj Yes. tried everything. problem might be my Suunto Traverse is quite old and there was a suggestion that my model is now incompatible with the Suuntolink desktop app. I have Windows 11 and don’t want to mess around with getting old Windows 10, etc, back just for this. I can get screens on tablet and phone OK and had an old desktop app that worked. Just wanted a larger screen to view my routes and check for updates etc. Maybe updates do occur from my phone, just don’t know that. Got messages re phasing that one out and re-migrating to Suuntolink which has never worked for me. That was years ago now. I’d say smarty answers here saying their work fine are newbies - ie have newer model watches that do connect to pc OK. There is not help from Suunto re this because now manuf in China and distributors don’t have access to all the technology stuff. You should be able to see your stuff OK on phone and tablet.

    @BKtoo I think no procress on this on Suunto side. I own the Vertical and missed it last week at mountainering. No internet /wifi connection at all. I wanted to follow a track over the glacier I recorded the day before. But no way to use that track. Very sad!

    @bertrand-cluzet What firmware are you using? I downgraded my firmware from the latest to an older firmware and the crashing stopped. I’m using 2.23.24 which was recommended a while back by another user and it’s rock solid stable! No more crashes!

    @Suunto9 I just got a quote from ULTiMO the distributer here in ZA, as the watchnis 200M water resistant the gasket needs to be changed. Have a look at the distributor page on suunto website and rather have them do it. They also use rechargeable batteries so a normal watch battery won’t work.

    @daniele-celauro I’m having the exact same issue on S9 1st generation. HR tracking worked fine a couple of days ago, but today completely vanished. Have you solved it?
